delvecore.com

Services
Brand Development, Logo Design, Website and Mobile Application Design, Content Consultation

Challenge
Delve needed to break into the saturated travel application market by making their tour application visible, accessible, and interesting to both potential consumers and content developers.

Approach & Execution
We designed a logo that fit their cheeky attitude about exploration and fun, then designed a visual system that was user friendly, playful and bold. The brand was applied to a consumer-facing website, a tour development website and the mobile application.

Achievements & Results
Delve soft launched in 2015 and is continuing to build their network of tour designers for before a full launch.

Case Study 2: GreenSpot

greenspot.travel

Services
Content Development & Marketing Strategy, Website Development

Challenge
In 2016, GreenSpot had outgrown its website, which was no longer representative of the brand it had become and not doing a great job in helping the company engage and convert new sale leads. The site structure was confusing, user experience not well-considered, and the content missing some inspiration and heart.

Approach & Execution
We started by working with the team on a deep dive into GreenSpot's website communications strategy and user experience, followed by a complete site blueprint to guide the remainder of the project. We then developed of all content, including stories and itineraries for the site, and developed the website, including a custom Content Management System. The home page interactive component was  special feature designed and developed by the team to provide new users with an inspirational first overview of GreenSpot products.

Achievements & Results
GreenSpot's lead generation and sales conversion numbers have increased 80% since the launch of the website

Case Study 3: QPR Institute

www.qprinstitute.com

Services
User Experience and Website Development

Challenge
QPR, a suicide prevention training organization, came to us in need of a website that could meet all their technical needs (a portal for online streaming courses & shop for educational materials) while remaining clear and articulate about their services. After over 10 years, their old site was heavy with outdated content, not mobile friendly, and in need of a fresh new look.

Approach & Execution
We worked with QPR to streamline their content and restructure their website to allow users to easily learn, shop or act. We modernized the website by making it fully responsive, and enabled users to create accounts, receive emails, and have access to specific content only relevant to them.

Achievements & Results
The result was a modern website that's proven easy for employees of QPR to maintain—and accessible to users no matter how they interact with the site.

Case Study 4: Finca Rosa Blanca

Services
Logo Refresh & Brand Update, Website Design and Development, Content Consultation, Marketing Strategy

Challenge
The owners of Finca Rosa Blanca, a breathtaking, eco-friendly resort and coffee plantation, needed a website that could both tell their unique story and inspire potential travelers and encourage them to book their stay at Finca Rosa Blanca.

Approach & Execution
We worked with the FRB team to completely re-imagine their site so that it elevated the unique beauty of their space and highlighted their exceptional credentials as an eco-tourism destination. Careful not to let the message overpower the users needs of gathering information and reserving rooms, we supported the team in learning that the site needs to say the right things instead of all the things. We created a more visually impactful and user friendly site that works seamlessly across platforms, allowing users to book their stay from anywhere.

Achievements & Results
This site is currently under development. (Shown here with the permission of Finca Rosa Blanca.)

Case Study 5: Office Troops

Services
Logo refresh, branding development, user experience design, web design, illustration

Challenge
Office Troops is currently developing a digital product that brings an objective approach to the process of hiring professionals. It uses data collection and data science to order job applicants in the order of best “affinity” to a given position. We were tasked with creating an approachable digital environment that walks users easily through the process of either creating and managing a job or of applying for an existing job.

Approach & Execution
The length of the process for users is considerable, so we developed a visual system that was friendly and included visual cues to indicate progress. Interaction with the site is responsive to user selection & data input which helps users feel that the site is working with them, and not demanding unnecessary information.

Achievements & Results
This site is currently under development. (Shown here with the permission of Office Troops.)
